Year-Round Customer
Gresham Landscape Maintenance offers full maintenance service 52 weeks per year. This service package includes:
- Mowing of lawn every week*
- Edging lawn every other week
- Walks, etc. blown clean after each visit
- Fertilization as needed
- Weed control; spraying of weeds in lawn and beds (weather permitting)
- Pruning of small trees and shrubs under 8 feet (to include winter months)
- Leaf removal during fall and winter months
- Hauling away debris generated during visit
Seasonal Customer
Gresham Landscape Maintenance offers seasonal service packages ~ that cover any time period less than 52 weeks per year*** and include:
- Mowing of lawn every visit*
- Edging lawn every other visit
- Walks, etc. blown clean after each visit
- Fertilization as needed (only if requested and included in estimate)
- Weed control; spraying of weeds in lawn and beds (weather permitting)
- Hauling away debris generated during visit
*Please note: During each visit, we make a determination as to whether the lawn is in condition to mow. For example, during very rainy seasons or winter months, we may not mow the lawn. Instead, we will perform other services, such as cleaning bed areas, raking up leaves, etc.
***Please note: Seasonal customers may have an initial cleanup charge to prepare the landscape areas for weekly maintenance. (Depending on the condition of the yard at start date.)
